Joanne started out as a teacher and her quest for a bigger classroom led to the Sesame Workshop where she was nominated for an Emmy as a producer on “3-2-1 Contact.” Over the years, as head of Joanne Roberts Productions, she’s continued to create and produce educational, entertaining and issue-oriented TV shows, documentaries, and videos evolving out of her desire to explore new ideas, tap into new trends and open the door to new possibilities.
